We move thousands of people and parcels across Rwanda every week, and we take that responsibility seriously. Rwanda's hills and volcanoes aren't just our route map, they're home, and we're working to make sure our operations respect them.
What we're working on
Every commitment below is being confirmed directly with Volcano Express before it's published as final. We'd rather be honest about what's in progress than overstate it.
Electric buses, already on the road
Some of our newer city buses run fully electric. It's real, and it's already part of how we move people today.
Fleet maintenance and modernization
